Community Guidelines

These guidelines keep the N4XION community — including our Discord — safe, useful, and welcoming. They apply to everyone who participates. Breaking them can lead to moderation action.
Be respectful
Treat others with respect. Keep discussions constructive, especially when disagreeing. Everyone here is building or exploring game hosting — help each other.
What is not allowed
- Harassment — no bullying, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech — no attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
- Scams and fraud — no phishing, fake giveaways, or deceptive schemes.
- Impersonation — do not pretend to be N4XION staff, other members, or other brands.
- Referral spam — do not flood channels or inboxes with your referral link.
- Unsolicited DM promotion — do not send unwanted promotional direct messages.
- Malware — no malicious files, links, or exploits.
- Attack coordination — no organising DDoS, hacking, or other attacks.
- Piracy assistance — no sharing or helping with pirated software or content.
- Illegal content — no content that is illegal under Philippine law.
- Account selling — do not sell or trade accounts, roles, or waitlist positions.
- Sharing private data — do not share other people's or customers' private information.
Referrals and promotion
Referrals are welcome, but share your link where it is appropriate and wanted. Repeated unsolicited promotion, mass DMs, or misleading claims about N4XION are not allowed. Only verified referrals count, and rewards can be revoked for abuse.
Roles
Roles such as Founder, Staff, Founding Member, Waitlist Member, Beta Tester, and game roles are assigned through a controlled process — not automatically. Do not claim or demand roles you have not earned.
Moderation actions
Depending on severity, moderators may warn, mute, remove content, temporarily suspend, or permanently remove members. Serious violations (such as attack coordination, scams, or illegal content) can result in immediate removal.
Reporting
If you see a violation, report it to the moderation team in Discord or email abuse@n4xion.net. Include enough detail (links, screenshots, usernames) for us to act. We review reports and take proportionate action.
Changes
We may update these guidelines as the community grows. Continued participation means you accept the current version.
