Website & Waitlist Terms

1. Using this website

You may use this site for its intended purpose: to learn about N4XION and to join the pre-launch waiting list. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or interfere with its security controls.

2. Waitlist eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. You must provide accurate information and a valid email address that you control.

3. No hosting contract

• Joining the waitlist does not create a hosting contract.
• Joining does not guarantee a server slot, package, price, discount, or launch date.
• No payment is required to join, and none is collected during the waitlist.

4. Planned launch and changes

The planned September 2026 early access date is an estimate, not a guarantee. N4XION may change or cancel the pre-launch programme at any time and will notify verified members of material changes.

5. Accurate information and duplicate entries

You must provide accurate information and must not create duplicate or fraudulent entries. We enforce one active entry per email address.

6. Referral rules

• Referral rewards count only after a referred person verifies their email and passes abuse checks.
• Self-referrals and duplicate-email referrals are rejected.
• Exact discount percentages are not published and are not promised.
• Queue position affects early access review but does not guarantee any service, price, or discount.

7. Fraud and abuse

N4XION may remove entries linked to fraud, spam, automation, harassment, or policy violations, and may adjust or revoke referral rewards obtained through abuse.

8. Service changes and cancellation

N4XION may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the pre-launch programme. We will make reasonable efforts to inform verified members of material changes.

9. Intellectual property

The N4XION name, logo, brand assets, and site content are owned by N4XION or its licensors. You may not use them without permission. Game names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

10. External links

The site may link to third-party services (for example, Discord). N4XION is not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The pre-launch site and waitlist are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. N4XION is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the pre-launch programme. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to final legal review.

14. Legal-review notice
